CrashBandicoot

Crash Bandicoot, the main character of the series, as he appears in Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy.

For detailed information about this series, see: Bandipedia

Crash Bandicoot is a series of video games owned and published by Activision.

The series follows Crash Bandicoot, a genetically enhanced Eastern barred bandicoot mutated by the egomaniacal mad scientist Doctor Neo Cortex using the Evolvo-Ray, a machine capable of creating genetically enhanced soldiers from ordinary animals. His quiet life on the archipelago of the Wumpa Islands is often interrupted by Dr. Cortex, who attempts to eliminate Crash as an obstacle to his numerous world domination attempts, with Crash often defeating him with the help of his friend Aku Aku and younger sister Coco.

Initially developed by Naughty Dog for Sony, the series has since went through several developers and publishers over its existence, including Eurocom, Traveler's Tales, Vicarious Visions, Vivendi Universal Games, Beenox and Toys for Bob.
