One of the 12 attractions in the game is based on the Donkey Kong series, and is called Donkey Kong's Crash Course. It's a single player game and in it the player controls a cart with their Mii's face on it, and must guide it trough a platform-based obstacle course by tilting the Wii U GamePad, while pressing the buttons, moving the control sticks and blowing into the microphone moves various platforms.

The levels are inspired on the original Donkey Kong, with platforms shaped like griders and various elements from the game in the background, such as ladders, barrels, Pauline's items, Donkey Kong and Pauline herself, representing the level's goal. The background however is actually designed like a chalkboard, with these elements, as well as some special effects, designed like they were drawn on it with sidewalk chalk.

The game features four courses: Course 1 is based on the 25m level from Donkey Kong, featuring red griders and the same level design at the start and the end of the course; Course 2 is based on the 100m level, featuring blue griders and the same level design at the end of it. Also when course 2 is won the same ending cinematic from Donkey Kong will play, with the platforms falling off, followed by Donkey Kong. Course 3 and Course 4 are respectively more difficult versions of Course 1 and Course 2.

The music that plays in Course 1 is a mix of the 25m stage music with Cranky's theme from Donkey Kong Country, with the addition of chalkboard sounds. The music in Course 2 is an original composition in the same style. The Course 3 and Course 4 music tracks are orchestrated versions of respectively the Course 1 and Course 3 music.
