One of the 4x3 paintings in the game is a reproduction of the 100m stage from Donkey Kong. This is however an undirect reference since that's actually a low resolution detail of Kristoffer Zetterstrand's painting "Kong".

A Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong skin were included in the Wii U and Switch versions of Minecraft as part of the Super Mario Mash-Up Pack.

Mojang, that created Minecraft, didn't have any right to use Nintendo's Donkey Kong, but they only included a minor reference.
