Mario Kart is a series of battle racing videogames starring characters, places and items from the Mario series, and it's a sub-series of it.

  • Super Mario Kart (August 27, 1992), Super Famicom/SNES. Re-released in 2009 for Wii Virtual Console, in 2013 for Wii U Virtual Console and in 2016 for New 3DS Virtual Console.
  • Mario Kart 64 (December 14, 1996), Nintendo 64. Re-released in 2007 for Wii Virtual Console and in 2016 for Wii U Virtual Console.
  • Mario Kart: Super Circuit (July 21, 2001), Game Boy Advance.
  • Mario Kart: Double Dash!! (November 7, 2003), GameCube.
  • Mario Kart DS (November 14, 2005), Nintendo DS. Re-released in 2015 for Wii U Virtual Console.

  • Mario Kart 64 Action Figures (1996) Action figures based on characters from Mario Kart 64. A kart is included with every figure.
  • Mario Cart Bit Char-G (2001). RC toys based on karts from Mario Kart 64 and Mario Kart Super Circuit.
  • Mario Kart Wii Grand Prix (2010), a board game based on the video game.
  • K'NEX Mario Kart Wii Sets (2011). Line of 18 sets of construction toys by K'NEX.

Showcase features a microgame based on Super Mario Kart and there's a minor reference to the Wario series in Mario Kart 7.1
